I never noticed how many dad jokes rely on the word 'walk' until I counted 47 in one thread
So last night I was scrolling through the top posts here and started tallying punchlines that use 'walk' like walked into a bar or walked out of the doctor's office. I hit 47 just in the first 3 pages, that shocked me because I thought 'why' or 'how' would dominate. It got me wondering if we're all subconsciously leaning on the same setup formula without realizing it. Are you team 'walked in' jokes because they set a scene fast, or do you prefer the straight question ones that hit quicker? I'm curious if anyone else has ever noticed a pattern like this or if I just had too much coffee while browsing.
