Shoutout to my friend who finally turned on two-factor auth
Honestly, for years he just used the same password on everything, even his bank. Then his old Yahoo account got popped last month and someone tried to buy a bunch of stuff. After that, he set up 2FA on his main email and his PayPal. The difference is huge, he hasn't had a single weird login attempt since. Has anyone else seen a friend or family member finally make that switch after something bad happened?

Used to think it was just extra hassle for no real reason. Watching a friend go through the cleanup after a breach was a real eye-opener. Now it just seems like the bare minimum.
