My password manager exported a file I did not ask for

I was cleaning up old logins on Bitwarden after the Atlanta data breach last week and hit the export button by accident. It dumped a plain text CSV with 212 credentials onto my desktop before I could stop it. Has anyone else had a near miss like this and how do you keep export files from sitting around too long?

Ugh, I did the same thing last month but with my whole password vault. Ended up with a scary looking notepad file sitting on my desktop for two weeks before I noticed it. My mouse almost clicked on it during a screen share too, that would have been a fun meeting.
