Got called out by a college intern for being too strict with network permissions
This kid straight up told me my zero-trust setup was making everyone hate IT, and at first I brushed him off. But then I watched him watch me spend 45 minutes approving a printer access request for a senior designer who needed it yesterday. Does loosening up on internal controls really make things that much faster, or am I just being paranoid?
