Spent $150 on a retro case that had zero airflow and fried my GPU

Bought a vintage beige mid-tower off eBay for the sleeper look but the front panel is solid plastic with no vents. Had to dremel out the whole front myself just to keep temps under 80c. Anyone else run into a case that looked perfect but choked your hardware?

Classic case of form over function, happens everywhere. It's like buying a nice pair of boots that look great but give you blisters after a mile, you just end up paying for the lesson.
