Learned the hard way that cable management matters in a sleeper build too

I stuffed a 4070 Super into a beige 2003 Dell Dimension case and didn't bother routing cables because I figured nobody would see them anyway. Turns out poor airflow from cluttered wires pushed my GPU temps to 85C under load, so I spent last Sunday rerouting everything with zip ties and dropped 12 degrees.

Thirteen years of building PCs taught me that lesson the hard way too, but honestly it's kind of a life metaphor. I notice the same thing happens with my desk drawers at home - when I just shove stuff in there, I can't find anything and it stresses me out, but spending 20 minutes organizing it saves me hours of frustration later. Your GPU temp drop proves that hidden stuff still matters, like how nobody sees the foundation of a house but it keeps everything from falling apart. So you're saying I should probably clean out my junk drawer before it falls out of the cupboard and takes out my shins? Sounds about right for me, I usually only fix things after they break.
