I had to pick between a soldered CPU and a socketed one for my sleeper build

Went with the socketed AM4 board for my Dell Optiplex case because I figured I'd want to upgrade later. Now I'm stuck trying to fit a massive GPU and the stock cooler barely keeps it under 80c under load. Anyone else regret going cheap on cooling in a tight case?
