Why do so many guys leave the anti two-block switch as a 'later' job?
I've been doing lift plans for 6 months now at a yard in Tulsa and I keep seeing the same thing on older rigs: the anti two-block switch is either bypassed or just never tested. A guy on my crew told me he's seen 3 near misses from that setup, and it takes like 10 minutes to check. Anyone got a quick field test they actually trust?
