Saw a lattice boom with two missing pins at the yard in Houston last Tuesday
I was picking up a load at a yard off Navigation Blvd and walked past their stored 90-tonner. Two of the boom lacing pins were gone and one section had rust streaks running down the chords. If that rig gets sent out without someone checking it, somebody is in for a bad day. Has anyone had luck getting a yard to log pin checks before a dispatch?
