Just hit $5,000 in product sales from a single weekend

I did a pop-up at a local bridal expo in Austin last Saturday and Sunday and sold $5,200 worth of my custom makeup kits. That's more than I make in a normal month at the salon. I was just planning to hand out business cards but ended up doing full demos for like 40 brides. Anyone else ever crush it at a random event way harder than you expected?

That's the thing with events like that, people are already in a buying mood and they trust you more when they see you handle a crowd. Maybe it's just me but I'd schedule follow-up texts to every single bride who stopped by your booth, even if they didn't buy, and offer a small discount code for the next week to catch anyone who was still thinking about it.
