Dropped $300 on a keratin treatment certification in Tulsa that taught me nothing new

Back in 2019 I paid $300 for a weekend keratin cert in Tulsa thinking it would level up my skills. Turns out it was the same stuff I already knew from beauty school, just with a fancy workbook and a pushy upsell on their $120 product line. I could have bought a $40 online course and saved the drive. Anyone else get burned by a cert that was all fluff?
