Client today asked me to fix her home haircut from 3 weeks ago
Woman walks in with this jagged line across the back of her head, like she used kitchen scissors and a hand mirror. She said she was trying to save $40 on a trim. I had to take her from shoulder length to above the chin just to get a clean edge. Anyone else get these fixer-uppers where you end up taking way more off than the person wanted?

Yeah, honestly I used to think people were overreacting about home haircuts but now I get it completely.
