Appreciation post: That client who sat through a two-hour glaze without a single complaint

Had a regular come in for a gloss treatment that needed to sit for a long time to really seal. We just talked about her kids and my new puppy while we waited. It made me realize how much a calm vibe helps the service go smoothly. Now I always book extra minutes for these types of appointments. Really changes the whole experience for both of us.
