Another stylist's bleach math gave me panic in Tulsa

I was waiting for my client's toner to process and overheard a stylist in the next chair tell her coworker she uses 2 scoops of lightener with 1 scoop of developer at 20 volume, which dries out faster than the standard ratio. She said, "It lifts faster so I can cram more appointments," and that made me think about how many of us are winging chemistry on busy Saturdays. Has anyone else caught a colleague doing something like this and said something, or do you just keep your head down and focus on your own chair?
