Watched a foreman fight with Procore for 20 minutes straight

I was at a job site near Austin last week and the foreman spent almost half an hour trying to get a stupid daily report to submit. The app kept crashing and wiping his comments every time he hit save. Has anyone else had Procore just eat their data like that?

Procore's been doing that for years actually... it's not really "eating" data so much as failing to sync with their cloud servers before the app refreshes. The foreman probably would have better luck writing his comments in a notes app first, then pasting them into Procore after the report loads completely.

@jamesmason yeah, your notes app trick is solid... I ended up doing the same thing after losing a whole safety report once. Just copy paste after the sync, takes an extra 30 seconds but saves the headache for sure.
