Warning: My old paper change order system cost us $15k on a Phoenix job last year.

Switched to a cloud based software that tracks everything in real time. Anyone else move from paper to digital and see a big drop in mistakes?

Hold on, I had the opposite happen. We went digital and it created a whole new mess. The guys in the field would mark up the wrong drawing version because the app updated overnight. Then the office would price from the right one. We had a kitchen reno where the cabinet layout was totally wrong on site. Cost us a week to fix. Sometimes paper trails are just clearer for everyone.

So they built the whole thing before anyone caught it? What was the actual difference between the PDFs, like was it just dimensions or a completely different design?
