Shoutout to the foreman who showed me scheduling software isn't useless

Last month on a job in Denver, I was dead set against using any construction scheduling app after a disaster with a clunky program 3 years ago. But my foreman sat me down and walked through Procore's scheduling module for 20 minutes, showing how it tracked crew hours and material deliveries in real time. Anyone else have a coworker change your mind about a tool you swore you'd never touch?

Respect your foreman's opinion but those apps just complicate simple jobs.
