Our crew cut change order time from three days to under an hour
We were still using paper forms and email for change orders on a big apartment job in Denver. After we started using Procore's mobile app for them, the whole process got way faster. The super can now take a picture, mark it up, and send it right from the field. Has anyone else seen a jump like that with a specific tool?

Wait, you were still using paper forms? On a job that big... I'm honestly shocked that was even possible. The amount of stuff that must have gotten lost or delayed sounds like a nightmare.

Oh man, the paper forms thing... I once left a set of change order forms in a porta-potty on site by accident and didn't realize it for two whole days. The super found them and was not amused lol. But yeah, getting that time down from three days to an hour is seriously wild. We had a similar jump when we finally ditched our fax machine for a simple texting system on a small reno job here in Austin. Nothing fancy like Procore, just snapping pics and sending them to the GC directly. Cut our back-and-forth by like 75 percent easy.
