Our $12k estimating software told us a job needed 400 sheets of drywall, it needed 90
We plugged in every room and it spit out a number that was off by more than 4x, turns out someone set the wall height to 20 feet instead of 10. Anyone else had a pricing tool go sideways on one bad field like that?

That wall height to 20 feet instead of 10" got me, we now do a quick manual check of room sizes before trusting the total.
