Just found a stat about Bluebeam that scared me

I was digging through a report from Construction Dive last Tuesday. Turns out 63% of contractors using cheap PDF markup tools miss at least one revision per project. That's almost 2 out of 3 jobs with errors. Found it buried in their 2024 software survey. Anyone else seeing RFIs get approved with old drawings still mixed in?

Heard a similar stat at a BIM workshop last month, rough stuff.

Whoa, that stat lines up with what I've seen in the field. But here's the thing, are those errors getting caught before they hit the field, or after the concrete's already poured? Because I've had supers tell me they caught a revision mix-up during a pre-pour meeting, but I've also seen change orders filed way too late. So which is it, are the cheap tools causing the mistake, or is it the process around them that's just sloppy?
