I finally asked the old super in Boston why he still prints every RFI, and his answer stuck with me
I was showing him how to flag a change order in Procore on my iPad at a job site near South Station, and he just pulled a folded stack of papers out of his vest. He said he signs his name on every printed RFI because the paper trail is what saves you when a claim goes sideways two years later. How do you all balance digital logs with the stuff old school guys still want in hand?
