Can we talk about Procore crashing mid-inspection yesterday?

I was out on a job site in Nashville doing a final walkthrough on a 12 unit apartment build and Procore just froze up on me. Lost all my notes from the last 45 minutes because the autosave apparently wasn't working. Had to redo everything from memory and the GC was standing there tapping his foot the whole time. Anyone else have this happen or is it just my luck with bugs?

Hang on, forty five minutes of work just gone like that? I would have thrown my tablet across the parking lot. That autosave glitch got me on a bridge deck pour last month, had to redo all my rebar inspection photos and notes while the concrete truck was sitting there idling. Makes you wonder if they even test this stuff before pushing updates, doesn't it?

Oh man, you are so right about that concrete truck just sitting there. That's a special kind of panic when you know the clock is ticking and your tablet just ate your data. I remember @julia843, we had a similar thing happen on a water main job once where the whole site plan file corrupted, and the foreman just stared at me while the excavator was sitting there, everyone looking at me like I was the one who broke it. I swear these software companies test their updates on a clean, empty project file in a quiet office, not on a muddy site with dust and sun glare and a foreman breathing down your neck. Makes you wonder if they've ever even been on a real job site, you know?
