A foreman in Tulsa told me my daily logs were useless, so I rebuilt the template
Got called into the trailer about 6 months back on a job here in Tulsa. The foreman pulled up my daily logs and said point blank, "These read like a weather report. I can't bid off this." Hurt to hear but he was right. I was logging hours and crew size and nothing else. I spent a weekend building a new template in our field app with photo slots, a delay code dropdown, and a spot for what got done that day in plain words. Claims on the next two jobs got settled in days instead of weeks. Anyone else had a super tear into their paperwork? What did you add to fix it?
