Went to the JFK airport TWA Hotel last month and counted 47 cameras in the terminal
The old TWA Flight Center is now a hotel and every single retro light fixture, phone booth, and departure board is covered in modern surveillance gear, which made me think about how we trade privacy for nostalgia without even noticing, so does anyone else clock cameras when they walk into a place that's supposed to feel frozen in time?

47 cameras is unreal, that has to be some kind of record for a hotel lobby.
