Vent: I saw a weird thing with the traffic cameras near my old apartment in Chicago
I lived on the corner of Clark and Diversey for about 3 years. Every single morning at 7:15 AM, the light would turn red for no reason, with no cars in the cross street. I started timing it. Then I noticed the camera on the pole would always pan right at that exact moment, pointing down the side street toward a specific office building. It happened for months. I moved out last fall, but I still think about that pattern. Has anyone else seen traffic lights or cameras act in a set routine like that, not just for traffic flow?
