Unpopular opinion: I finally tried the 'one tab at a time' rule after a friend said it would fix my focus, and it did
Last month I was drowning in 47 open tabs and couldn't get anything done, so my buddy Mark told me to keep just one tab open in Chrome and close everything else. I tried it for a week, and by day 3 I noticed I was finishing tasks in half the time. It sounds dumb, but the trick is you have to actually commit to it and not just open a new window when you get bored. Has anyone else stuck with this long term, or does it fall apart once you need to compare stuff?
