This blew my mind about curing blankets I found on a job site
I was reading the specs on a job near Omaha last month and discovered that wet curing blankets can actually increase concrete strength by over 20% compared to just leaving it exposed. That stat came from the Portland Cement Association's field guide. Has anyone else seen a difference using them vs. just spraying water?

Over 20%" is a bigger jump than I would've guessed for just a blanket.

Twenty thousand dollars for a single weight blanket is insane, I'm calling hoax on that pricing right now. @hunt.rowan, what kind of blanket costs that much, is it woven from unicorn hair? I can't wrap my head around how a blanket could shrink or expand that much in value unless it's made of solid gold or something. That figure sounds like a typo or a scam to me.

Yeah that stuck out to me too. @ellis.charles probably has the right idea about it being a scam because my buddy once bought a "storm survival blanket" online that claimed to be bulletproof. Showed up and it was basically a tarp with some buckles on it. Ended up costing him like eighty bucks to ship it back for a refund. Point is, if a blanket can fluctuate twenty percent in value overnight there's something weird going on with how it's priced or what it's actually made of. Not buying the unicorn hair but maybe its some kind of weird collector's item situation.
