My power trowel battery died right in the middle of a 2000 square foot slab pour yesterday.
Had to finish the last 400 square feet by hand with a magnesium float, which took over an hour and killed my back. Anyone got a good backup plan for when cordless gear fails on a big job?

Working harder" is a plan, but it's a bad one that wrecks your body. A real backup plan is having a second battery on the charger.

Thirty years of manual labor taught me one thing: people who say "work harder" have never had their back give out on a Tuesday morning. The real hustle is having a backup for your backup before the wheels fall off.

Honestly that just sounds like a normal Tuesday in concrete. Backup plan is just working harder, it's not a disaster.
