Vent: a loose SATA cable cost me 2 hours on a client's PC in Portland

Client said their PC kept freezing, and I tore through drivers and RAM tests before I finally wiggled the drive cable and saw the smart errors stop. 2 hours for a 30 second fix. What's your worst "it was just a loose cable" call?
