That moment an office admin told me her PC was running slow and I found 14 browser toolbars installed
I was at a dental office in Akron last Thursday and it turns out her husband let her grandson download a bunch of free games, so after cleaning all that junk out I asked her if anyone else in the office has the same issue.

Oh man I deal with this all the time. Last month a lady brought in a laptop covered in those search bar things and it took me an hour just to clean them out. Her grandkid installed a weather app that came with five more toolbars attached to it.

Oh man don't get me started on that. The whole "I just wanted a simple weather app" and suddenly you've got five toolbars and a new default search engine that redirects to some sketchy ad site. I swear those grandkids are just trying to turn grandma's computer into a digital billboard for random stuff. At least she brought it to you instead of trying to fix it herself and accidentally deleting the whole operating system. That's a win in my book honestly.
