That 5 minute boot time I fixed with one driver rollback
Had a Dell OptiPlex that took forever to load Windows and everyone kept pointing at the SSD or RAM. Turns out the Intel storage driver from 2022 was the issue, not hardware - rolled it back and it boots in 20 seconds now. Anyone else run into driver versions causing weird slow boot issues like this?

Lol I once blamed a spider for my boot time before checking the power cable.

Same here man, I always blamed hardware first but that driver rollback totally changed my mind.
