New thermal camera vs my old temp probe. One of them lied to me all week.
I checked a server rack last Tuesday, probe said 71F. Thermal cam showed a hotspot at 118F near the PSU. My probe was 15 feet away on the cold side. Are we relying too much on single-point readings when one scanned image shows the real problem faster?
