Client's basement server room turned my coolant plan upside down

I was doing a routine rack cleanup at a dental clinic in Tacoma last month and found a window AC unit dripping right onto the top of their main NAS. Nobody had flagged it in the 4 years they'd been running that setup, and I've since added 'check for condensation paths' to every site visit. Has anyone else walked into a spot where the building itself was sabotaging the hardware?

Kinda funny that we blame the building when the real issue is nobody looked up for four years. Condensation paths are just a fancy way of saying "check your damn ceiling every so often.
