Took a grilling from my supervisor about my hose management on a 90 foot dive last Tuesday
He said I was leaving too much slack near the ladder, so now I do a figure-eight coil before every descent to keep it from snagging on the catwalk, has anyone else had a near miss from sloppy lines?

Yeah, a tangled line near the ladder is a nightmare waiting to happen.
