The way some supervisors handle deep water jobs now
I've been on a few projects where the boss stays on the boat all day. It makes sense for safety, but it feels like they miss out on what's really happening below. We end up relying more on each other for decisions. It's changed how our team talks on dives.

Man, that reminds me of a time on a rig site. Our foreman would watch from the office trailer all day. We had to make calls on the fly without him. Ended up trusting our gut more than the radio chat. It really changed how the crew worked together.

Without the foreman's help, skipping radio chat often causes mistakes.

That "trusting our gut" thing is everywhere now, like we're all just winging it without a clear plan.
