Showerthought: my old way of cleaning a hull was a real grind until I tried a new tool
Three years ago on a job in Tampa, I spent 12 hours over two days hand-scraping a 40-foot sailboat hull. My boss just said, 'that's the job.' Last month, a guy on another crew showed me his CaviBlaster. I rented one for a small job last week and did the same size hull in under 4 hours. The difference is crazy. Anyone have tips on keeping the water intake filter clear in murky water?

Seasonal" is just their fancy word for "our pipes are full of mud.

That filter clogs fast in Tampa Bay.

Yeah, the clogging thing is no joke. My buddy had to change his whole home filter every other month because of the sediment in our water. It got so bad he started keeping a log just to prove it wasn't normal wear and tear. The water company wasn't much help either, just said it was "seasonal.
