My old dive compressor finally gave out after 12 years
Had a hated moment on a job near Port Aransas last week when my old compressor started shooting oil into the air tanks. I've been telling everyone the cheaper models work just fine for years. Got forced into buying a used Bauer from a retired diver in Corpus Christi and it's like night and day. The air tastes clean and my tanks dry out way faster now. Any of you guys run into hidden costs switching to a higher end compressor?
