Used to debate who'd win in a fight, now I just enjoy the art

Back in 2018 I'd spend an hour arguing why Nightwing beats Daredevil, but after watching a buddy get legit angry over a power scaling argument at the local shop I realized it kills the fun. Anyone else cut back on the vs. battles stuff?

Had a buddy who used to get so heated over Batman vs Iron Man he'd actually start pacing around the living room. One night he was yelling about prep time and knocked over a whole shelf of action figures, just shattered his favorite Cap shield replica. We just looked at each other and I think it clicked for him too. Now we just watch the fights, laugh at goofy moments, and call it a night.

Wait, isn't the whole point of these characters to just enjoy what they do and how they look fighting? I used to love picking sides but now I just watch the fights and think "that was cool" instead of trying to prove who's stronger.
