Just read that the average comic reader is 35 years old, which totally surprised me

I always pictured the average fan being way younger, like in their early 20s. Saw this stat in a report from ICv2 and Comichron. Makes me think the whole 'comics are just for kids' argument is even more wrong than I thought. What's the oldest comic fan you know?

Honestly, that "comics are just for kids" line always bugged me, but this stat really proves it wrong.
