Finally finished my first full comic collection after 8 years of hunting.

I picked up the last issue I needed at a small shop in Portland last weekend, and it took me 3 years just to find that one. Has anyone else here spent way too long tracking down a single back issue?

Which issue was it that took you three years to find? I had a similar hunt for a specific variant cover and ended up driving five hours to a convention. Sometimes the chase makes it more satisfying when you finally snag it.

Makes you wonder if the hunt is really worth it when you could've just snagged it online for a decent price and been done with it in a week.
