The 30 minute library session that beat my 4 hour study block
I used to camp in the library for hours. 4 hours straight, headphones in, coffee refills. Felt productive but I'd blank on everything by lunch. Last week I tried a timer with 30 minute sprints, 5 minute breaks in between. Just one assignment, focused, phone in my bag. Finished the same amount of work in under 2 hours. Anyone else find that shorter blocks with real breaks just work better for deep work?
