Packed my 1,000th lunch for class this week and did the math on what it saved me
I started bringing food from home every single day back in freshman year and hit lunch number 1,000 on Tuesday, which sounds dumb until I ran the numbers at about $9 a meal near campus and realized that's roughly $9,000 I never spent. My roommate still buys a $12 burrito bowl 5 days a week and swears it's worth it, so now I'm wondering if I'm the weird one here. Anyone else actually track this stuff or am I just too into spreadsheets?
