Appreciation post: my chemistry TA said office hours are 'wasted on the people who don't need them'

Heard that in the hallway after class and now I'm stuck between thinking it's a cold take that pushes struggling students away or a fair point that the 10 of us who show up every Tuesday at 3pm actually get the help, so which side are you on?
