Wait @verab28 started with JS first? That's brutal. I can't believe people actually try to learn coding with JavaScript as their intro.

Right! Same here. Python just clicked for me way faster than JavaScript ever did. I messed around with JS first and it felt like banging my head against the wall until I switched.
