My cousin in Denver said coding is just like learning a new language, not building a house from scratch.

That one comment made me stop stressing about knowing everything at once and just start writing small bits of Python every day.

My friend told me the same thing about learning guitar last year, that it's just muscle memory like learning to talk. I stopped trying to play whole songs and just practiced chords for 10 minutes a day. It totally works, I can actually play a few things now lol.

Yeah that "just muscle memory" thing is so true... I tried to learn piano once and got stuck trying to play full pieces right away. Switched to just doing scales for a few minutes daily and it finally clicked. Breaking it down into tiny bits is the only way it sticks for me.
