Just realized my IDE has a dark mode after 2 years of squinting

I've been using VS Code since 2022 for Python stuff. White background every day. My eyes hurt by 5pm. Then my friend glanced at my screen and asked why I don't use dark mode. I didn't even know it was a thing. Took me two clicks to switch. Now I feel dumb but also relieved. Anyone else miss obvious settings like that?

Same thing happened to me with the zoom in my browser. Used it for like a year at 100 percent, squinting at tiny text, until a coworker hit ctrl and plus right in front of me. Blew my mind that I could just make stuff bigger. I also went a whole year before finding out I could pin tabs, which sounds dumb but it changed my life. There are probably ten more settings I still don't know about.
