This coolant pump failure ruined my entire batch
Had to scrap fifty parts because of a leak. Now I'm behind schedule and my boss is pissed.

That leak? Monthly pump checks saved me after mine failed.

Losing a batch is tough, but calling it ruined might be a bit strong. Equipment fails all the time in manufacturing, and it's just a cost of doing business. Falling behind schedule is frustrating, but most bosses understand that these things happen. The leak is a problem, but it's not like the whole operation is down for good. Monthly checks are good practice, but they don't make you immune to failures. You'll recover from this, and next time might be smoother.

Monthly pump checks are smart, but calling it "ruined" seems like a lot. Losing one batch puts you behind, but it's not the end of the world, right? Stuff breaks all the time in a shop. Those checks help, but they don't stop every single failure.
