Hit 1,000 perfect parts on the Haas mini mill yesterday

Been running these stainless brackets for a defense contract. 1,000 pieces, zero scrap. First time I've ever hit that number clean. Anyone else track perfect runs like that?

Pretty sure the Mini Mill maxes out around 600 parts on a good day.

The Mini Mill can definitely hit 1,000 if you're not pushing feeds too hard. I've done 1,200 stainless washers on mine without a single hiccup. It's all about that tool path and coolant flow, keep it steady and you'll get there. Once you dial in the speeds just right, the machine just hums along. Nice work on that clean run.
