Spent $300 on a solar panel kit that barely charges my phone

Honestly, I bought this cheap kit online last month thinking I'd cut my power bill. It came with a small panel and a battery pack, but the output is super weak. After a full day in the sun, it only gave my phone about a 20% charge. I feel like I just threw that money away on greenwashing junk. Has anyone found a decent small-scale solar setup that actually works?
