I used to drive my old truck everywhere, now I bike to the grocery store

I mean, my gas bill was like $250 a month just for errands, so I switched to a bike for trips under 3 miles about six months ago. It started just to save cash, but now I feel way better and my trash has way less plastic bags. Has anyone else made a small change that ended up being a bigger deal than they thought?

That's the real glow up right there. My version was ditching paper towels for a bunch of cheap rags. Thought I'd just save a few bucks, but now my whole kitchen is less cluttered and I'm not constantly running out. Feels weirdly satisfying to just toss a rag in the laundry instead of buying another roll.

Totally get that feeling. Switched to rags last year and it just makes the whole kitchen routine feel less wasteful.

But is saving a few bucks really that life-changing, lol?
